ORDERING HOURS: Customer service representatives are available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can call us at 318.445.1510, fax your order in to 318.445.1512, or email your order at sales@shopeci.com.
SHIPPING: Shipments are made via UPS unless otherwise requested, FOB Pineville, Louisiana. Shipping charges include insurance and handling.
PICK UP ORDERS: Pick-up hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays. Pick-ups may be made during other hours with an appointment.
TERMS: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. Personal and business checks, and cash, are also acceptable methods of payment.
C.O.D.: Payment to the UPS driver must be in the form of a certified check or money order. Orders exceeding $300.00 will NOT be shipped C.O.D.
PAYMENT: Please let us know if a prepayment is desired, and we will call with a total amount due within 3 hours of confirming the order. The order will not be embellished until 3 days after a check deposit is made. We will gladly accept a corporate or personal check for all sales. EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2008: For new customers without an established order history, all orders placed with ECI in the amount of $50.00 or more, must be secured against a credit or debit card. See above for accepted cards. Upon completion of order, if you wish to make payment in another form, please notify us upon placement of order. We allow a period of 14 days for payment of invoice after completion of order. If payment is not received at the end of 14 days, the card on file will be processed for the full amount owed. If a credit or debit card is not available to secure the order, then a prepayment in the form of cash or check is required in the amount of 50% of the order total.
